DETAILS:

Join Kelly for a fun and informative talk to learn about our local bats and the research into them.  Then, if the weather is okay, we will go for a short bat walk in the local Northcliffe forest using bat detectors to discover what we can hear.

Meet on the back porch of the Northcliffe Visitor Centre at 6pm for a 30min talk.  Then if the weather is good we will go for a very slow 30-60min guided walk with the detectors.

Please book asap by contacting the Northcliffe Visitor Centre on 9776 7203 or info@visitnorthcliffewa.com as spaces are limited. Children must be supervised by an adult.

WHAT TO BRING:

BYO head torch with red light as some bats don't like white light.  Please advise if you don't have a head torch at the time of booking as we may have a few spares that you can borrow.  You also wear sturdy enclosed walking shoes and as we will be walking on uneven ground.  â€‹
